Um, let's go from the beginning :) It all started with an job application for ICT support. It took a while until I got a call to arrange an interview. I was sooooo excited I kept jumping around my room all day long xD It was my first job related to computers and stuff :P
I have been interviewed by 3 persons: head of IT, Windows administrator and director of human resources. They have been asking me a lot of questions, like have I ever disassemble a computer, what will I check first when user says he can't turn on the computer (with this question I had to think out loud, so it was kinda funny), and so on... I remember I have been talking a lot xD, probably because I was very excited and nervous, but also got confused when they asked me did I ever used any of the mail clients, and my mouth was quicker than my mind and i said: "Of course I did, proxy!" xD After the interview, I couldn't stop laughing xD
I was one of the 10-15 applicants, so they said, and it took a while until they called me again, and invited me to another round of the interviews. To be honest, I thought I won't get the job because I was too nervous and too chatty, and because I am a girl :) There are still people who think girls don't know anything about computers etc. Stupid prejudices, right? :P But in the end, I was wrong. I got the job! ^^ I couldn't believe how lucky I am :)))
And here I am, after year and a half, still working as a member of ICT team :) I have learned a lot, but also had fun.I will try to share with all of you some of the anecdotes and funny situations that happened so far :) I hope you will enjoy reading this blog, and laugh, a lot :)
